Dispatch Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, 7 days a week including weekends. Orders placed on public holidays may be dispatched the following working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard tracked shipping on all orders of $199 or more, regardless of destination. The free shipping threshold is applied automatically at checkout โ no coupon code required.
For orders below $199, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout based on your destination region. The exact cost is calculated and displayed before you complete payment.

Delivery Times by Region
The following are estimated delivery timeframes from the date of dispatch. These are estimates only, actual delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, local postal service performance, and seasonal volumes.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please allow a few additional days before contacting us, occasional postal delays do occur, particularly during peak periods.
Shipping Method
We ship all orders via standard international tracked mail using reputable postal carriers. Every shipment is assigned a unique tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order's progress from dispatch to delivery.
We currently offer one shipping tier, standard tracked. We do not offer express or priority shipping upgrades at this time. Our standard service is fast, reliable, and includes full tracking on every order.
Discreet Packaging
Every RxMeds order is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no reference to RxMeds, the product contents, or any pharmaceutical terminology on the outside of the parcel. The return address shown is a neutral logistics address.
We take your privacy seriously. Discreet packaging is applied automatically to every order, you do not need to request it. This applies to all destinations and all order sizes.
๐ Your privacy is guaranteed: No one, including household members, postal workers, or customs officers, can identify the contents of your package from the exterior.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing:
- Your unique tracking number
- A direct link to track your shipment online
- Estimated delivery window for your region
Please allow 24โ72 hours after receiving your tracking email for the tracking system to update with initial scan data. Early on in the journey, tracking events may be infrequent, this is normal for international shipments.
If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection by the authorities of the destination country. RxMeds has no control over customs processes and cannot predict whether, or for how long, a shipment may be held for inspection.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's sole responsibility to:
- Understand whether ordering and importing our products is legal in their country
- Pay any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by their country's customs authority
- Comply with all applicable import regulations
Accurate Declarations
All RxMeds shipments are declared accurately in compliance with international postal regulations. We do not falsify customs declarations, undervalue shipments, or mark parcels as gifts in order to circumvent import rules. Doing so would be illegal and could put customers at greater risk.
Customs Delays
Customs inspection can add several days to the estimated delivery time. If your package has been held by customs, the tracking system will usually show a "held at customs" or similar status. In most cases, packages are released and continue to their destination without further action required from the customer.
Customs Seizures
In the event that your package is seized by customs, please refer to our Refund Policy for details on how we handle these situations and what documentation you will need to submit a claim.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch (EU and UK) or 45 days of dispatch (US, Canada, Australia), and tracking shows no delivery confirmation, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Before submitting a lost parcel claim, please:
- Check that the delivery address on your order confirmation is correct
- Check with neighbours or household members in case the parcel was accepted on your behalf
- Check any safe location or parcel locker your carrier may have used
- Check the tracking link for any attempted delivery notifications
If the parcel is confirmed lost after investigation, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no cost to you. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on lost parcel claims.
โฑ Claim deadline: Lost parcel claims must be submitted within 60 days of the original dispatch date. Claims submitted after this window cannot be processed.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. RxMeds dispatches to the exact address provided at checkout. We are unable to intercept or redirect a shipment once it has been dispatched.
If you notice an error in your delivery address immediately after placing your order, contact us at rxmeds4@gmail.com as quickly as possible, ideally within 1 hour of ordering. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed.
