All products are sold for personal use only. You may not purchase products for resale, commercial distribution, or supply to third parties without our prior written consent. Bulk purchases may require additional verification.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's sole and exclusive responsibility to:

5. Orders and Pricing

Order Confirmation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order and accept payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you complete checkout. We are not bound by pricing errors and will contact you if a pricing discrepancy is identified before dispatch.

Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order only before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and must be addressed through our Refund Policy. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at rxmeds4@gmail.com.

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, credit and debit cards, cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT, ETH and others), Wise bank transfer, and traditional bank wire transfer.

Full payment is required before any order is dispatched. We do not offer credit terms or payment plans.

Payment Security

All card payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. RxMeds does not store, access, or retain your card details. Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible — please verify all wallet addresses carefully before sending.

Failed Payments

If your payment fails or is reversed (e.g. via chargeback), your order will be cancelled. Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to relevant authorities and payment processors. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds through legal means where appropriate.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of confirmed payment, 7 days a week. Delivery timeframes vary by destination — full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. RxMeds is not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, public holidays, natural events, or any other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon dispatch from our facility.

8. Customs, Import Duties, and Legal Compliance

When ordering from RxMeds, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for understanding the import laws and regulations of your country
• Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or tariffs levied by your country's authorities are your sole responsibility
• RxMeds is not liable for any package delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities
• Customs seizures do not automatically entitle you to a refund — see our Refund Policy for details on when coverage applies
• You will not hold RxMeds responsible for any legal consequences arising from the import or use of our products in your jurisdiction

All shipments are declared accurately in accordance with applicable international trade laws. We do not falsify customs declarations or mark shipments as gifts to circumvent import restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the RxMeds website — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, logos, graphics, design elements, and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of RxMeds or our licensed content providers.

In all cases, our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
