1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing us at

Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of OTC medicines, we do not accept returns once delivered.
Refunds may be issued only if:
- The wrong product was shipped
- The product arrived damaged
Proof (photos/videos) must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
